ORIONJETS is pleased to inform you that our Privacy Policy complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (“GDPR”) and the relevant national legislation of the EU Member States implementing the GDPR. This Privacy Policy will be updated according to new regulations and modifications in the applicable Legislation.


Personal data

ORIONJETS collects and uses certain personal data collected through the Services, in email, text and other electronic messages between you and ORIONJETS , and when you interact with our advertising and applications on third-party websites, applications and services.

ORIONJETS may disclose your personal data to associated companies (e.g. affiliates), business and joint venture partners, as well as subcontractors at home and abroad. We will only disclose your personal data once it has been ensured that there is an adequate level of data protection and/or when we have signed a personal data processing agreement in accordance with the Regulations.


International data transfer and within the OrionJets Group

ORIONJETS operates in multiple jurisdictions some which are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Countries located outside the EEA may have data protection laws which do not provide the same level of protection for personal data as within the EEA. ORIONJETS transfers personal data outside the EEA only to the extent required for legitimate business purposes. ORIONJETS utilizes standard means under the Regulations to legitimize data transfers outside the EEA.

To help us provide superior service, your personal information may be shared with legal entities within the ORIONJETS group globally who will take steps to safeguard it in accordance with
ORIONJETS’s privacy policy.
